Waiver and Release of Liability

Effective Upon Enrollment
In consideration of participating in the online fitness/resistance training course (“Course”):

1. Assumption of Risk

   assume all risks, known or unknown.
2. Health Representation
   You represent you are in good health and have consulted a physician if needed. Disclose
   any conditions to us.
3. Release
   You release Provider, affiliates, instructors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or
   damages arising from Course participation, including negligence (except gross
   negligence/willful misconduct).
4. Indemnification
   You indemnify Provider against third-party claims from your use.
5. Media Release
   If submitting photos/videos, you grant perpetual license for promotional use.
6. Severability
   Invalid provisions do not affect others.
7. Binding
   Applies to you, heirs, and assigns.
   By enrolling, you electronically sign and agree to this Waiver. Minors require parent/guardian
   signature.
